On May 23rd, 2025, I had the honor of capturing a Sheraton Station Square wedding for Paige and Ross at the beautiful Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square. This Sheraton Station Square wedding showcased unbeatable views of the Pittsburgh skyline and iconic city bridges, offering the perfect backdrop for a day filled with joy, energy, and love. From the moment they saw each other during their First Look to the celebration in the Reflections Ballroom, their entire Sheraton Station Square wedding felt like one big celebration of their story — and I’m so excited to share it with you.
First, both Paige and Ross got ready right inside the Sheraton at Station Square. While Paige spent her morning in one of the guest suites surrounded by friends, Ross was in a nearby room with his groomsmen. The vibe? Total party mode. Furthermore, they had been celebrating since the day before. Meanwhile, their wedding morning was full of laughter, music, and chill energy. This kind of energy only comes when a couple is so ready to get married. Moreover, I love when mornings feel this natural and unforced. Ultimately, it always sets the tone for a heartfelt day.
Paige and Ross shared their First Look behind the Sheraton, and it was one of the most emotional and visually stunning parts of the day.
They genuinely loved having that First Look moment. As soon as Paige saw Ross, she lit up — her excitement and emotion were impossible to miss. It felt like a beautiful moment of relief and grounding for her — like everything settled into place the second she saw him. They were able to just be, together, taking a breath before the big celebration began.
One of my favorite things about this moment? Paige was so excited and emotional when she saw Ross. You could feel the shift — like she finally exhaled. That quiet time together brought such calm and joy, and it was so special to witness them share that just-the-two-of-us moment before the rest of the day took off.
Right after their First Look, we took time for couple portraits around Station Square and along the riverwalk. We used different backgrounds to tell their story from multiple angles. I intentionally used three unique backdrops — the bridges, the Sheraton venue, and the Pittsburgh skyline — to give their gallery a dynamic and diverse feel. They fully trusted my creative eye, which allowed me to move freely and capture their connection with purpose and variety.
Later in the timeline, after wedding party portraits, we snuck away for a few more photos. This time on a second-floor balcony with breathtaking views of the city. It was peaceful, romantic, and the perfect way to round out their portrait time. Subsequently, we headed into the ceremony.
The ceremony took place indoors at the Sheraton’s Waterfront Room, a beautiful space with panoramic windows and iconic views of the Pittsburgh skyline. The room was filled with natural light, and the vibe was amazing — happy tears, big laughs, and that buzzing anticipation that only a Pittsburgh wedding can deliver. Friends and family were all in, making the moment feel incredibly personal and heartfelt.
Finally, the reception in the Reflections Ballroom was pure celebration. Everyone was so friendly and smiling, and the energy was infectious. Even though Paige and Ross had already done so many photos throughout the day, I asked if we could sneak out for just a few more shots. Surprisingly, they said yes without hesitation.
Honestly, I was so excited about the opportunity that I got a little emotional. They were just the sweetest — giving me this big group hug that I’ll never forget. It perfectly captured who they are as people. So kind and generous, even when they were probably exhausted from their big day.
Ultimately, the whole evening was exactly what you’d want. A room full of their favorite people celebrating this incredible couple.
Thank you, Paige and Ross, for inviting me into your world and trusting me with such an important day. I’ll never forget how sweet, vibrant, and real your love felt. I wish you a lifetime of joy (and dog snuggles with Cocoa 🐶) — con todo mi corazón, gracias por dejarme contar su historia.
